Travelowander – Price Match Promise

Our Price Match Promise

At Travelowander, we want you to book with confidence knowing that you're getting the best possible deal on your flight.

If you find the exact same flight itinerary (including taxes and fees) available for booking on a major travel competitor’s website at a lower price within 24 hours of your purchase with us, we’ll match the price by refunding the difference. Or, if you prefer, you can choose to cancel your booking with Travelowander for a full refund.

That’s our Travelowander Price Match Promise.

Common Questions About Our Price Match Promise (PMP)

🛫 What counts as the “same itinerary”?

The compared itinerary must be identical in every detail, including:

  • Airline(s)
  • Flight number(s)
  • Departure and arrival times
  • Dates of travel
  • Number of travelers
  • Class of service or seat type

🌐 What do you mean by “available for booking”?

The lower-priced itinerary must be live and bookable by the public on a major U.S.-based OTA (Online Travel Agency) website at the time you reach out to us. Our agents must be able to verify its availability.

🧭 Which websites are considered “major OTA competitors”?

For the purposes of this policy, we define major competitors as the U.S. English-language versions of:

  • Expedia.com
  • Priceline.com
  • Orbitz.com
  • Travelocity.com

📩 How can I request a price match?

Email us at pmp@travelowander.com within 24 hours of booking. Include:

  • Your Travelowander booking number
  • Details of the lower-priced itinerary (flight number, dates, seat type, etc.)
  • Supporting documentation like a screenshot or the exact URL showing the lower price

Our customer support team will review the information and, if verified, you’ll have the option to either:

  • Keep your booking and get refunded the difference
  • Cancel your booking for a full refund

🚫 Are there exclusions?

Yes. The Price Match Promise does not apply to:

  • Membership-based or corporate rates
  • Group or charter bookings
  • Reward/redemption program fares
  • Military, student, government, or consolidator fares
  • Promotional coupons not publicly available
