These fees apply to assistance for:

• Bereavement / Medical issues
• Name changes/corrections
• Infant ticketing concerns
• Visa or passport problems

• Unaccompanied Minors (UNMR)
• Duplicate or no-show tickets

🔖 Discounts may apply under our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP) for bereavement, military, and visually impaired passengers.
