These Terms apply to all TraveloWander affiliates and subsidiaries.

Legal Disclaimer
TraveloWander acts as a travel booking facilitator connecting you with third-party Travel Suppliers (airlines, hotels, rental companies, etc.). We are not the direct provider of travel services.
By booking through us, you authorize TraveloWander to contract with Travel Suppliers on your behalf for the full price, including applicable taxes and fees.
We do not assume responsibility for errors, delays, cancellations, or misrepresentations by Travel Suppliers. If issues arise, your remedy lies with the supplier or your travel insurance, except in cases of our direct fault.
Refunds and cancellations depend on the supplier’s policies; we do not guarantee refunds for non-refundable bookings or fare changes.
Liability Limitations
- Content is provided "as-is" without warranties.
- We aren’t liable for viruses, data loss, or damages from using our site.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total cost of your booking.
- Claims must be made within 180 days of travel.

Waiver & Release
You agree to release TraveloWander and related parties from liability for issues caused by Travel Suppliers beyond our control (such as cancellations or schedule changes).
Travel Protection Plans
If you purchase insurance, you must accept the insurer’s terms. TraveloWander is not responsible for insurer performance.
Indemnity
You agree to hold TraveloWander harmless from any claims or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.
Privacy & TSA Notice
In accordance with U.S. law, TSA may require your personal info for security screening. Providing this info is optional but may result in additional screening or denial of boarding if omitted. Visit tsa.gov for more.
Booking Terms & User Responsibilities
- You confirm you’re 18+ and legally able to accept these Terms.
- You are responsible for all bookings made through your account.
- All info provided must be accurate; no fraudulent bookings allowed.
- Any content you upload must be lawful and respectful; you are responsible for it.
Resolving Disputes
Contact us first at support@travelowander.com or our hotline with:

- Complaint details
- Desired resolution
- Signature
We’ll respond within 60 days. If unresolved, disputes will go to binding arbitration under New York law, waiving jury trials and class actions.
Restricted Usage
You agree not to:
- Make speculative or improper bookings
- Scrape or copy site content
- Introduce harmful software
- Conceal your identity
Violation may lead to account suspension or termination.
Booking Process
- Service Element: Any travel product (flight, hotel, rental, etc.)
- Travel Supplier: Third-party providing the actual service
- Booking: Your payment-backed request to purchase Service Elements
Booking confirmation happens only after payment is completed and Travel Supplier availability is verified.
How Booking Works
- Make an Offer: Select your service and click “Book.”
- Acknowledgment: You’ll receive an email confirming we received your request (not a confirmed booking).
- Availability Check: We confirm with the Travel Supplier.
- Final Confirmation: Once paid and confirmed, you’ll get an official confirmation with ticket or reservation numbers.
Important Booking Notes
- No guarantee until booking is confirmed.
- Changes/cancellations after confirmation may incur fees.
- Travel Supplier terms also apply.
- We may update booking policies anytime.
Travel Documents
- Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in.
- International travel requires a valid passport and any necessary visas or permits.
- Passports should be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates.
- TraveloWander is not responsible for denied boarding due to documentation issues.
Traveler Info
- All travelers on a booking must travel together on the same itinerary.
- Name changes or itinerary transfers after booking are not allowed.
- Frequent flyer benefits depend on the airline.
Pricing, Payment & Fees
- Prices include taxes and fees unless noted otherwise.
- Additional fees (baggage, seat selection, hotel incidentals, car rental extras) are your responsibility.
- Payment is required in full at booking with a valid credit or debit card.
- Payment verification may be required; declined payments can lead to booking cancellation.
Conditions of Sale
Bookings are subject to availability, seasonal restrictions, and supplier rules.
International Travel Warning
International laws may limit airline liability for delays, injury, or lost baggage. TraveloWander is not responsible for these legal limitations.
Responsibility for Travel Documents
You alone are responsible for having the correct travel documents. We recommend verifying entry requirements with official sources.

Refunds and Documentation – TraveloWander
Important: Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds or credits are only available if:

- You are not marked as a no-show
- The airline or travel supplier approves the refund or credit
- All required documentation is submitted and verified

Final Reminders

Travel Documentation
For international travel, a government-issued photo ID and proof of citizenship are required. You are responsible for ensuring all necessary documents, including transit visas, are in order. Contact the embassy or consulate for your destination with any questions.

Group Travel
All travelers booked together must follow the same itinerary. Once your booking is finalized, you cannot add or remove travelers from the package. Name changes or transferring your booking to another person or destination are not permitted.
Supplier Cancellations
Your vacation package includes services from independent suppliers (airfare, hotels, car rentals, activities). If a supplier cancels their portion, Travelowander will assist you in finding alternatives when possible. However, we are not liable for supplier performance or any related costs or damages.
Frequent Flyer Miles & Special Requests
Frequent flyer miles or points may not be earned on package components. Special requests will be forwarded to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing, Taxes, and Fees
- Package prices include applicable taxes and fees for airfare, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
- Additional surcharges such as fuel, baggage, security, and resort fees may apply and must be paid directly to suppliers at check-in or pick-up.
- Optional insurances like liability, collision damage waivers, or others for car rentals are not included and must be purchased separately.
- Full payment is required at booking with a valid credit card issued in the U.S. or Canada.
- Suppliers typically require a valid credit card at check-in or pick-up for incidentals or extra charges; debit cards may not be accepted—please confirm directly with suppliers.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- All modifications or cancellations must be processed through Travelowander before departure; do not contact suppliers directly.
- Cancellation policies vary by supplier and package components; some or all may be non-refundable.
- Partial changes or cancellations might not be permitted; often, the entire package must be adjusted as one.
- No refunds are given for unused services or early returns once your trip begins.
- Fees apply for changes and cancellations: $75 per passenger for flight tickets, $25 per room per night for hotels, $15 for car rentals, plus any supplier charges.
Component Policies
Flights:
- Subject to airline terms.
- Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Origin, destination, and traveler count cannot be changed after booking.
Hotels:
- Hotel properties cannot be changed after booking, though room category changes may be requested.

Travel Protection

All booking confirmations and travel documents will be sent to your registered email address.
User Submissions & Content
By submitting reviews or comments, you grant Travelowander a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your submissions. Content must be lawful and respect third-party rights.

- By booking with Travelowander, you consent to receive communications via email, phone, or mail.
- We reserve the right to suspend service access for violations or misuse.
